Christmas, Easter. Long weekends, Melbourne Cup and all Victorian School Holidays: A 50% deposit is required on all bookings for Christmas, Easter. Long weekends Melbourne Cup and all Victorian School Holidays payable with in 7 days to secure a booking with the balance of payment due on arrival.
All other times: The deposit required will be equivalent to between one and three nights accommodation depending on the length and type of booking, Payable within 7 days to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Christmas, Easter. Long weekends, Melbourne Cup and all Victorian School Holidays: 30 Days notice is required to cancel a booking for Christmas, Easter. Long weekends Melbourne Cup and all Victorian School Holidays, Request for refund must be in writing and will incur a $20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days no refund is available.
All other times: Refund available up to 7 days prior to booking providing the request for refund is in writing and will incur a $20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days no refund is available.
